The Federal Emergency Management Agency will lead a meeting about Dubois County’s 100-year flood maps, which the agency is updating, from 10 am till noon Wednesday at the Dubois County EMA office in the county courthouse annex on the square in Jasper. 

The meeting will include discussion of local flood-related issues, identification of potential strategies or actions for reducing flood risk and distribution of information about potential resources or programs designed to support the community in the mitigation of flood risk.

The meeting is aimed toward local officials, but residents are welcome to attend.
