Dubois Strong has launched a new Sites and Buildings Database on its website, www.duboisstrong.com. The new tool will allow website visitors to search for available commercial and industrial space within Dubois County.
The new web-based system is designed for companies and business consultants interested in doing business in Dubois County. The searchable and interactive database allows instantaneous reports to be generated on various sites and buildings based on user-specified criteria. Links from individual sites and buildings provide detailed information, maps, aerial and building photos. Users can also search for existing businesses based on their NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code, business size, or location factors.
The new Dubois Strong Sites and Buildings database was made possible through a partnership with Radius Indiana, a regional economic development organization that promotes an eight-county area including Dubois County. The system is part of a statewide sites and buildings management system used to match statewide leads with available facilities. In order for a property to be considered for most state-generated economic development projects, a property must be included in the system.
Dubois Strong Interim President Michael Cummings says the new website feature allows the group to better promote industrial and commercial space that’s vacant throughout Dubois County and will be a great tool for the organization, as well as property owners and those in real estate.
The opportunity to list a property is available to all Dubois Strong investors. If you have a property you are interested in including in the system, please contact Dubois Strong at (812)482-9650 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
