The other two passengers in the vehicle, 22-year-old Tiffany Wiscaver and 22-year-old Zachariah Lahee, both of Santa Claus, were transported to Memorial Hospital in Jasper, also with non-life threatening injuries.
Warren was not arrested due to his injuries, but he faces charges of Operating While Intoxicated causing serious bodily injury as well as minor consuming.
