Jasper’s Hampton Inn has been recognized with Hampton Hotels’ Lighthouse Award as one of the chain’s top performing hotels.

The hotel, located along Third Avenue adjacent to the Schnitzelbank Restaurant and near several riverfront attractions such as the Spirit of Jasper train, Jasper City Mill, and Dave Buehler Plaza.

The Jasper Hampton Inn was recognized for high ratings in overall accomodations, service, and quality. Criteria for this award was based on customer feedback, which measured guest surveys, product quality, and service scores that Hampton Hotels measures each quarter.

Jasper Hampton Inn general manager Mary Mehringer says they are very proud to win the award for the third time. Mehringer notes that the competition for the award has gotten stronger every year as Hampton adds more hotels.

In honor of this award and to show off the hotel’s recently renovated lobby area, the Jasper Hampton Inn will be hosting an open house for the community next week. The event will be held as a Jasper Chamber of Commerce Time Out for Business event. The open house is set to take place next Wednesday, May 29th from 4 to 6 pm with cocktails, tours, and networking opportunities. Schnitzelbank Catering will provide refreshments for the event.
