A Huntingburg man is behind bars after being found passed out in a vehicle early on Saturday.

Huntingburg Police were called to the Pleasant View Apartment complex in Toby BrownHuntingburg at about 3:20 am on Saturday morning on a report of a man passed out inside of a car and completely unresponsive.

When police arrived at the scene, they found 35-year-old Toby Brown of Huntingburg inside of a car unresponsive. As police tried to wake Brown, they discovered a pill bottle containing legend drugs that he had no prescription for. Police also located a small plastic bag with synthetic cannabis.

Brown was transported to Memorial Hospital and was later lodged in the Dubois County Security Center. He faces charges of possession of legend drugs and possession of synthetic cannabinoids.
