101 Country WBDC has announced our schedule for this year’s Cornhole Tournament of Champions. 11 events will be held at 10 sites plus one new location as part of this year’s tournament.

There will be two divisions of play this year: Amateur and Pro. The Amateur Division is open to all ages and skill levels and winners receive non-monetary prizes. The Pro Division is open to cornhole players 18 and older. Team winners of site matches are given cash and trophies and move on to the championship tournament, which will be held during this year’s Huntingburg Herbstfest.

This year’s Tournament of Champions is set to open this Saturday at the St. Henry Heinrichsdorf Fest. Registration for that tournament begins at 1 pm and the tournament starts at 2 pm. The tournament moves to the Ferdinand Heimatfest next Friday, June 21st with registration at 6 pm and the tournament starting at 7 pm.

September 28th Huntingburg Herbstfest Noon (*championship match to follow*)

Team winners from the tour sites will be entered into the September championship and may not compete again at any of the other sites. Winners can practice at other sites.

Teams for the tournament consist of two players. Pre-registration is not necessary for either division of play. The Amateur Division entry fee is $4. The Pro Division entry fee is $10 if you pre-register and $15 the day of the event. Teams can pre-register by calling the WBDC offices at 482-2727.
