Three employees of a local Ford dealership have earned Employee Excellence Awards for this year.
Sales Consultant Ron Otto, Service Manager Keith Knies, and Internet Sales Manager Jake Bower each earned Level 3 Employee Excellence Awards from Ford. These awards recognize top sales and service performers at Ford dealers all across the country. This year’s three award winners have won the award multiple times.
The main requirement to obtain a Level 3 certification is customer satisfaction. Employees that achieve a Level 3 certification must also separate themselves as a leader among colleagues, put together a strong record of success, and demonstrate a desire to continue to do better on the job.
