A three car accident on Jasper’s westside yesterday morning resulted in one person suffering injuries.

Jasper Police say 19-year-old Felicia Crays of Jasper, 60-year-old Roman Lubbers of St. Anthony, and 46-year-old Anthony Clark of Jasper were all driving westbound on State Road 56 east of the Kluemper Road intersection just after 5 pm yesterday when the accident occurred.

Police say Crays was following Lubbers and Lubbers was following Clark when Clark and Lubbers stopped for traffic. Crays did not notice that Clark and Lubbers were stopped for traffic and collided with Lubbers’ vehicle, pushing it into the back of Clark’s vehicle.

Crays complained of chest pain, but refused treatment at the scene. Lubbers and Clark were not injured. Crays’ car was totalled in the accident and she was cited for following too closely. Lubbers’ car sustained 5 thousand dollars worth of damage and Clark’s car sustained 15 hundred dollars in damage.
