An investigation into an alleged sexual misconduct with a minor incident led to the arrest of a Huntingburg man on a felony charge.
Last month, a parent of a 14-year-old girl contacted Huntingburg Police about a September 2013 incident involving their daughter and 22-year-old Dylan Johnson. Huntingburg Police detective seargeant Christian Gogel then launched the sexual misconduct investigation after getting the report.
Police brought Johnson in for questioning at around 9:30 yesterday morning. Johnson was then taken into custody at about 11 o’clock yesterday morning and was lodged in the Dubois County Security Center. He is currently being held without bond on a Class B felony for sexual misconduct with a minor.
The Dubois County Department of Child and Family Services assisted Huntingburg Police with this investigation.
