* TIMING: SNOW MOVE ACROSS SOUTHERN INDIANA AND PORTIONS OF NORTH-CENTRAL KENTUCKY THIS MORNING AND THIS AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL COME DOWN HEAVY AT TIMES AND ACCUMULATE. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE BEFORE THE SNOW DIMINISHES BY AROUND 4 PM EST.

* MAIN IMPACT: THE SNOW WILL COME DOWN HEAVY AT TIMES AND ACCUMULATE EVEN THOUGH SURFACE TEMPERATURES WILL BE AT OR JUST ABOVE FREEZING. AS THE HEAVY SNOW BAND MOVES THROUGH…VISIBILITIES WILL BE GREATLY REDUCED AND ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED FOR A TIME. ONCE THE SNOW ENDS…ROAD CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE AS TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN AT OR ABOVE FREEZING.
